Booking and Cancellation Policy

At Preah Love, we are committed to providing exceptional service. To ensure all clients receive the best experience and to manage our appointment schedule efficiently, we kindly request your understanding and adherence to the following policy:

1. Booking Fee & Deposit Validity: All treatments require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. This fee will be fully deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your scheduled visit. Please note that booking fees are non-transferable to another Artist and cannot be redeemed for products. Deposits are valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of payment.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To accommodate all clients, we require the following notice periods for rescheduling or cancellation:

• Beauty Treatments: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required.
• Cosmetic Tattoo Treatments: A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required.

Should you need to reschedule, please notify us within the specified notice period.

3. Forfeiture of Booking Fee & No-Shows: Your booking fee will be automatically forfeited in the event of:

• Cancellation without providing the required notice period.
• Failure to provide the required notice period for rescheduling.
• No-show: Appointments missed without any prior notification.

Additionally, please be advised that no-shows will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking cost.

4. Appointment Confirmations & Updates: Confirmation emails are sent immediately upon booking your appointment. We advise checking your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it promptly. For any updates or changes to your booking, please email us directly at hello@preahlove.com.au.

5. Treatment Results & Expectations: Please be aware that individual healed results for treatments, including after touch-up appointments, can vary. While we strive for the best outcomes, no guarantees can be made regarding specific healed results. Any additional sessions required beyond the initial booking will be charged accordingly.
