Conditions & Cancellation Policy

All treatments require a non-refundable booking fee, which will be deducted off on the day of your appointment. This is non-transferable to another Artist or redeemable for products.

We require a minimum of 72 hours notice is required should you need to reschedule your appointment, if you decide to cancel your appointment, no show or fail to give the required 72 hours notice you will automatically forfeit your booking fee.

Healed results may vary even after your touch-up appointment, no guarantees can be made, and additional sessions required will be charged accordingly.
